You have much more freedom, autonomy and creativity as a freelancer. You don't need a secondment, midlancer or recruitment agency for that. You can easily do this yourself. I once made that step myself and that is exactly what we make possible for as many people as possible with Next Level Freelancer.
The problem in the freelance market is that there is no one to help the freelancer, the advice online is incredibly generic for both hairdressers, builders and IT workers, and there are also many outdated or nonsensical myths among the freelancers themselves.
Your employer says that freelancing is risky. The midlance party says that insurance is so expensive and difficult. The agencies say that clients only work through them and other freelancers say it just has to go through agencies and portals. All nonsense.
We, with a background in recruitment, are going to tell you exactly how the secondments get customers, how the recruiters try to reduce your rate and how you protect yourself against that.
