We'll gradually help you with every step you find when it comes to (better) freelancing. At whatever stage you are, we are used to working with experienced people who have been working with a secondment agency for years and people who have just been with 1 employer for 5 years and are newer, for example, taking intakes.

First of all, you will start by following the training courses that focus on attracting and finding clients, we will teach you how to know which parties to hire and you will build your network. FAQs

Below, we have already answered the most frequently asked questions about the training program for you. During our introduction, there is of course plenty of room to ask your individual questions.

What does it look like if I still have to start?

You sign up first and before we onboard you, we'll see if freelancing is feasible. If so, you will start in the program and remain employed first! Then you will start working with customers and assignments and only when the first freelance assignment has been signed you resign. If you have any questions in the meantime, you can contact us by calling, emailing and texting, or by joining the weekly group calls. In addition, our community is there for you.

Once you have signed the assignment, you will start your business in terms of insurance, accounting, etc. Then you will also enter the next phase where you will improve your freelance business. Now, of course, you're looking at that first job, but soon you'll want to prepare for retirement, maximize your hourly rate and much more.

What does it look like if I'm already a freelancer?

You get immediate access to the entire environment and all the information we have available. This way, you can get started with what you specifically run into. You'll receive a number of exclusive tools as soon as you get more involved in providing input to us and the community, so that depends entirely on you.

We are here for you and we have weekly hands-on calls, where you can learn from others or ask questions yourself. You can subscribe to training courses and drinks, watch a weekly video update about the market and join monthly thematic live sessions, where we delve deeper into 1 topic about freelancing, consultancy skills or other matters that are relevant to you.

Is the program unique?

Yes. We were the first to start doing this and are still completely unique in the approach and methods that we teach you.

There are now also secondments who give employees the freedom to freelance and provide some training, but they always try to keep you dependent on them for the assignments.

In addition, you also have partnership structures where you pay a large part of your rate and have other costs. We are the only party that really puts the power in your hands as a freelancer and does not try to keep you dependent.
